In Burlington, Vermont, a filing cabinet towers above the treetops. This public sculpture sits in a Flynn Avenue parking lot, created by artist Bren Alvarez in 2002. It’s a metaphor for administrative overload — and holds the title of world’s tallest filing cabinet.
