Convicted felon Donald Trump’s ill-considered overhaul of Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool turned into a political flashpoint after an act of vandalism altered the historic site with a message his Department of Justice is treating as a potential threat.
President Donald Trump’s plan for the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool was temporarily derailed after vandals painted a message that the Department of Justice considers a threat.
“Around 7:20 a.m. this morning, the U.S. Park Police was notified by the National Park Service of approximately 15-by-30-foot ‘8647’ graffiti spray-painted in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool,” a spokesperson for the U.S. Park Police told The Washington Examiner on Friday.
Because the DOJ is chasing James Comey for a social media message of seashells laid out to say “8647,” they will be stuck pursuing this vicious threat and reporting back to Orange Julius. I suspect they’ll catch the vandals listening to Lebowski’s Creedence tapes.
30% of the signs at our May Day protest yesterday read '8647'. One was even made of a sand-covered board with seashells and stones.
It would be great to have a rally of thousands of people, each with their own 8647 message.

egad, took some digging to find an image [1] (nice cowardly self suppression news media!) and i'll fecklessly quibble about the "15-by-30-foot", looks more like 6-by-18-foot unless capitol cops have become giants
