ACECO Demolition, the company that took a wrecking ball to the White House East Wing, to make space for the Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Ballroom, found that Trump still doesn’t pay his contractors. After completing the job on time and in accordance with the contract, the firm claims it’s still waiting to be paid and has filed a contractor’s lien against both Trump and the White House.
In a statement, ACECO said, “We completed our work on the East Wing of the White House with professionalism and efficiency, yet our invoices remain unpaid. Filing a contractor lien was a necessary step to protect our legal and financial interests.”

as much as i would not be shocked if it were true, it seems a little soon to be putting a contractor lien on a job completed less than 30 days ago. sorry to spoil the fun.
