At the start of his second term as President he had a hunch that Iran was developing a nuclear weapon. Despite what his Defense Department and the various National Intelligence agencies told him and the fact the he had an on going agreement with the nation of Iran to not develop nuclear weapons and to allow independent monitoring of their nuclear program, on a hunch, President Donald John Trump ripped up that agreement and resurrected the Department of War. Some how, the prophet that President Trump is knew that war was coming.
Also, during the first year of his second Presidency he had a hunch that food prices would go up. He immediately made a deal with Argentina to import their beef tariff-free therefore freeing the American ranchers to a life of ease raising their pet cattle. Bird-Flu put the kibosh to his egg price reduction plans but he made deals with China, Japan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Ecuador among others to sell US agricultural products at low prices to aid the uneducated US farmers.

If those were his voters, they were at 9 or 10 out of 10 when this term started. So down to 6/10 suggests a fair number still borderline rational.
