Call the police every time there is too much noise. Lodge a noise complaint with the city-every time. Include plate numbers and pictures of the urinators. Annoy the adlerperson responsible. Band together and hire security personnel to encourage civil behavior. If a cybertruck shows up pelt it with any highly acidic rotten fruit. If there are babies in the overlooking apartments, hold them out the window so they can crap on those below. Throw dildoes at them, although that can get expensive. It sounds like creativity will be necessary to restore calm.
I was think along the lines of tomatoes and lemons or other citrus, not any liquid acid that could scar! I suspect a nice rotten tomato would etch a mark on a cybertruck.
Some of the bros driving these things would probably be driving diesel pickups with the emission controls hacked to produce the maximum amount of smoke, so it’s a bit of a win for the environment. I see a lot of Leon’s vehicles on my commute to and from work.
I would be tempted to "accidentally" snip all the power cords during the day. (*I do not recommend that, but it would be tempting.)
Dawn or twilight. Just saying.

That seems a bit extreme @Becky Haydemann. Acid toss?

It would probably leave a dent. ;)
Is there anything "good" about these vehicles? I have to assume that not enough Tesla vehicles have been sold to have any effect on climate change.
