Secretary of State Marco Rubio told a bipartisan group of senators on Saturday that Trump’s Ukraine/Russia 28-point peace plan that Trump is pushing Ukraine to accept by Thursday was not drafted by the Trump administration, but is a “wish list” written by Russia.
