This clown was clearly a big hit, or rather, a kick!
It seems that a robotic party clown didn’t get Asimov’s First Law of Robotics: A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. This robotic John Wayne Gacy went straight for it.
In the US, a parent or other bystander would return the favor. After picking up the pieces, I'm sure the owners of that expensive piece of hardware would get the message and put in safety controls.
