PS5 now up to $200 more expensive than when it launched
Sony is raising U.S. prices for the PS5, PS5 Digital Edition, PS5 Pro, and PlayStation Portal starting April 2, according to a post today on the PlayStation Blog. The company says the move reflects “continued pressures in the global economic landscape,” which is to say the component price crisis caused by the AI boom.
