.# ... with 120 fueling positions...

.

Probably more working public fuel pumps than in all of Moscow and Crimea *combined*.

If not, just add another Buc-ee's.

They have one between Dallas & Houston. Stopped there once, wasn't impressed.

Overhyped and overcrowded.

I still stop at Woody's when I'm going that way. Or coming back.

Same here for the one in Colorado. Got a brisket sandwich and discovered there was no seating area so we had no choice but to eat it in the car. 1/2 the store was kitschy-folksie stuff (not my thing, but clearly others like it). The other 1/2 was brisket, fudge, and other snacks and drinks. It's fine but available at every convenience store (even if it is rebranded with Buc-ees name). The nuggets are a maple-taffy thing (Eh. Nothing I need to have twice).

It's the place for cheap ice, but until then, I'll go elsewhere.

Opening for an American post-apocalypse film set in the Midwest:

"My life fades. The vision dims. All that remains are memories. I remember a time of chaos, ruined dreams, this wasted land. But most of all, I remember the place we called Buc-ee's."

It's not plagiarism, damn it! It's a Tribute!
