He, like the rest of us, is just *waiting* for The Criminal to croak.... which reminds me to get to the fireworks stand and get a rocket or two for the occasion.
I think part of it is desperate flop sweat, and another part is the power move where he can tell jokes that aren't funny (in fact evil) and no one dares boo him off the stage.
One would suppose that even peter thiel's couch knows vance hasn't a particle of charisma (necessary to ...etc etc)

Well, if your humor gets the response it deserves….
This says a lot about the level of support he has, nobody is bothering to fake laugh.
The only thing funny about that man is the way he looks.
