The Affordable Care Act was passed in 2010. It is 2025.

They have no plan that would not be brutal to millions of Americans. They know it.

"Our concept of a plan is this. We'll destroy the Affordable Care Act so that you can't get insurance, and then you'll be so desperate for some kind of healthcare that you'll willingly sign up for whatever hellishly exploitative scheme we cook up with our rich friends in the insurance business. That's the plan. Only we haven't yet worked out how to talk about it in a way that doesn't make it sound like the ass-raping it is, so we're keeping the details to ourselves for the moment. I'm sorry, was I not supposed to say that?"

Are these the notebooks full of ideas that they have been jotting down for the last 30 years-since the Clintons first brought up a plan to give America universal healthcare? Because they’ve been promising us a better way for people to get health care ever since.

Don't worry - you'll see their plans just as soon as Infrastructure Week is out of the way.

I was there when Mittens boasted about his notebooks full of women. What a boob.
