Man arrested after breaking windows at Vance’s Cincinnati home
A 26-year-old man was arrested early Monday after breaking windows at Vice President JD Vance’s Cincinnati residence. William DeFoor was detained by Secret Service personnel after also striking a Secret Service vehicle and vandalizing other property at the home.
