On his way to Minnesota to purportedly “turn down the chaos,” JD Vance is still lying about what the chaos is and who is causing it. The chaos is his.
Trump’s Vice President continues to blame the public for not accepting Federal over reach and excessive use of force. Denying the events that led to the killing of Renee Good, a mother of three, who on video was clearly peaceful and not aggressive before being shot dead and called “a f***ing b****” by ICE agent Jonathan Ross, and placing blame on the people protesting, Vance seems to be turning the chaos up.
“If you disagree … fine, make that argument,” Vance said in response to a question from a reporter during an event here to promote the White House’s economic policies. “But make that argument at the ballot box. Write an op-ed in the newspaper, argue about it on social media. Don’t go to the streets and start assaulting federal law enforcement officers because you disagree with the policies of our administration. It’s cowardly bulls—, and it’s got to stop.”
The remarks came hours before Vance was expected to hold a roundtable discussion and deliver a speech in Minneapolis, where a federal officer this month fatally shot Renee Nicole Good, 37, during a confrontation. Trump, Vance and other administration officials have, without offering conclusive evidence, said that Good was connected to left-wing protesters and that she was a threat to officers as they approached her car and she began to drive.
Vance’s insistence that Americans should not peacefully protest in the streets, but rather take their voices to the ballot box, is laughable. The Trump Administration threatens elected leaders who disagree with them and demands that their puppet DOJ investigate them. Trump has suggested we should do away with elections. They aren’t listening to the voters; they are stomping on their necks and spraying them in the eyes with mace. This is an act of brutalizing dissent while pretending elections still matter.
Local Police chiefs held a joint press conference to decry ICE’s violence and want them out of the region. JD Vance, immediately after Good was killed, told ICE agents to get out there and do more. The Administration has tried to create an idea of “absolute immunity” for their brute squad.
At this rate, Vance will tell us the protestors are eating cats and dogs.

Christ, what a cat and dog eating asshole.
So he's saying the capital police shouldn't have been hamstrung on Jan 6?
