January 6 pipe bomb suspect told FBI he believed Trump’s stolen election lies
Brian Cole, the 30-year-old man arrested Thursday for planting pipe bombs near the DNC and RNC headquarters the night before January 6, told FBI investigators he believed the 2020 election was stolen.
This is the first indication of a possible motive in the nearly five-year-old case.
