Holocaust memorabilia auction called off
An auction of Holocaust artifacts, including letters from the dead and Nazi administative documents, was called off in Germany after complaints from survivors. Poland’s foreign minister said the “offensive” event was a scandal and that he and his German counterpart had made sure it would not go ahead.
