The Orange Menace puked out a Truth Social post that started whinging over how Iran’s “Arrogance” and the Reflecting Pool are his “TOP Concerns,” then somehow swerved into an ad for a Fasset/Tether gold-backed Visa card already issued to “Myself and My Family.”
I am fairly certain Gmail would have identified this as a phishing scam:
It started as foreign policy and ended as fintech spam.

Again, such a disgraceful, crass and vulgar display of corruption and 100% self-centered governing. "I've invaded Iran for no reason and bombing the shit out of them...my reflecting pool and remaking America into the Donald J. Trump Fourth Reich...oh, here is a pitch for my latest grift." The amount of shame this warrants would cause a normal person to commit suicide. In Trumpland it's another day as usual.
That would be the same Tether that's never been publicly audited, is based in that hotbed of good governance, El Salvador; has a parent company in the British Virgin Islands rather than a real country; and whose liquidity is testified to by Epstein Island visitor Howard Lutnick - who just happens to be in Trump's Cabinet. What's not to like?
A good chunk of Tether is owned by Christopher Harborne who is up to his eyeballs in the scandals surrounding Brexit gargoyle Nigel Farage - who (coincidentally you understand) lobbies for the UK to remove regulations on crypto.
