Grandpa Pudding Brains has found another election he may not respect: a Democratic mayoral primary in Washington, D.C., may serve as a reason to impose martial law.

Asked what he would do if D.C. voters elected a mayoral candidate running on socialist policies, the Orange Menace did not bother pretending local democracy mattered. “Maybe we take back Washington and run it on a federal basis,” he said. “We won’t put up with it.” Nothing says freedom like threatening to occupy the capital because the voters might pick a mayor you dislike.
