(And maybe instead of naming that organization after a stupid meme, you might call it something like -- oh, let me take a wild stab at it -- The Government Accountability Office. Which we already have, but often don't heed because pork and lobbying. So the most efficient headcount for the new, duplicative thing would be zero.)
