That would be a Bolshie. The nazi version would be telling the kids to report the family two doors down with a funny immigrant-sounding name.

There have been incidents of folks hacking into systems like baby monitors and such and scaring the crap out of kids when some nasty stranger started talking to them. And then there)s the Asimov story Teddy, where teddy “forgets” to tell its charge a few rules for good behavior.
