Once again, “MAGA” Mike Johnson appears to have only a passing knowledge of what the House of Representatives is actually supposed to do. Even folks writing community notes on social media have a better grasp of his responsibilities.
In his never-ending quest to give convicted felon and pedophile protector Donald Trump more power, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson insisted Congress lacks the authority or responsibility to check executive overreach or exercise fiscal control of the country. Both are clearly inside the Constitutional duties of the “Article I branch.”
