Andrew Tate, the misogynist influencer facing rape and sex-trafficking charges in multiple countries, was arrested in Miami this weekend, putting another accused sex offender from Trumpworld’s orbit back in the legal spotlight.
Reuters reported that the Tates returned to Florida in February 2025 after Romania lifted travel restrictions while they remained under criminal investigation there, and that the Financial Times had reported Trump administration officials pressured Romanian authorities to lift the ban. Trump, of course, later said he knew “nothing about” the case.
Tate claimed access to Trump’s “son.” Reporters found Trumpworld overlap. Romanian travel restrictions were lifted after reported Trump administration pressure. Then he came back to Florida, the preferred landing pad for men who believe consequences are optional. This weekend, the U.K. extradition process caught up with him anyway.
The manosphere met the marshals.
